When our corn snake refused to eat for several weeks, we contacted Allegra. She replied promptly and we set up a video call. She was extremely thorough and gave us several things to try. She mentioned her own snakes which helped assure us she knew what she was talking about. After taking the suggested steps, our snake ate and is doing very well.
